Maria, the visionary founder of AEHH, combines her extensive science-based expertise in TCM, NLP, Psychosomatic Integration and various psychological and esoteric wisdom with a profound understanding of emotional processing.
Her transformative journey has been enriched by developing a trauma aware mental self-inquiry map. Operating in the intersection of psychology and spirituality, she is committed to democratizing self-development.
